Full management

Leasing, rent collection, repairs, statements, renewals and court filings, month to month. The fee comes off rent, and there is no fee while the home is vacant.

How onboarding works
  1. Walkthrough and rent opinionWe see the house, price it against what's actually renting nearby, and tell you what to fix first.
  2. Agreement and setupManagement agreement, W-9, bank details for ACH draws. Keys and vendor list collected.
  3. Listed within 7 daysPhotos, syndication, showings and screening. You approve the applicant.
  4. Move-in and monthly rhythmInspection report with photos, deposit held in escrow, rent due the 1st, draw on the 6th, statement on the 10th.
